Dad was able to make a ski trip this year to utah and we definately got some skiing in. we skied on thursday at solitude all day. on friday we skied at alta half day. and on saturday dad skied with katie and jordan at solitude again, while i had to do a private ski lesson for a guest that was staying up at sundance.
we both agreed that this bluebird skiing on a january day was rare for us alaskans and we soaked it up very well. while we were sitting out on this deck it was seriously like sitting in an exotic climate.
this picture is purely dad's innovation during a ski drive. but i think it is really good looking.
So yep this is the resteraunt i can say assuredly is my favorite place in Salt Lake. i come here every day after skiing and i had to bring dad because i knew he would love it and he did.
