every christmas break since i remember we have taken a good couple of days and headed down to our home resort Alyeska. we have a condo down there and this is a picture of it. its a great place that my grandparents have let us use ever since i was a child. this place has a lot of memories and is seriously one of my favorite place on earth.
this might be one of the biggest reasons why i love this condo. the position of it is seriously not even a minutes walk from chair 4.
my dad and i love to ski and seriously we skied all of christmas day in bluebird(blue sky) weather. to ski a day in december with blue sky is a rare day, but we soaked it up for all that it was worth.
dad was a little sore the next day but i would be too by skiing terrain that is so technical...haha

so thats what bluebird means. for the longest time i thought that people kept seeing all these blue fowl in the sky everytime they went skiing. ha, to think.....
Ooooooo, I want to come! Yep, Alyeska is the awesomest place ever! So fun!
wouldn't it just feel wrong to see dad ski in anything but that red down coat... it's a comforting sight to see you two at alyeska! too bad we couldn't all come.
